What you'll do

Lead the development and delivery of our Employee Listening Strategy and Culture transformation. In this role, you will create an environment that encourages colleagues to share feedback throughout their journey with us. Collaborating across our business, you'll embed a culture of continuous employee listening, using feedback to inform and assess our Culture transformation. You'll apply best practice to culture change, employee engagement and listening and develop impactful change programmes that support our business strategy

Who you are

  • Strong experience in shaping and delivering culture change programmes to meet business needs, particularly in developing a customer first culture.
  • Expertise in employee engagement and employee listening strategy.
  • Extensive experience leading cross functional teams to deliver culture change and employee listening programmes.
  • Excellent written communication and story-telling / presentation skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to influence and build relationships across businesses. Strong team leadership experience.

  • Discretionary yearly bonus: 20%
  • Company car: company funded car of £580 per month + private fuel or cash alternative of £630

  • Maternity/adoption leave: 52 weeks out of whichthe first 13 weeks are fully paid followed by 26 weeks of half pay and 6 months - working 4 days, getting paid 5
