As part of the Corporates Legal Entity strategy team within Deloitte's Risk Advisory practice you will have the opportunity to advise a variety of FTSE 100 and international companies on legal entity structuring strategy, design and operational implementation.
The work is varied, personally fulfilling and commercially focussed as we help our clients to restructure and transform their corporate legal entity structures in order to unlock value and deliver significant cost and efficiency benefits.
We take a multi-disciplinary approach to legal entity strategy bringing together and combining Deloitte's expertise across Advisory, Tax, People/Labour, Legal and Finance. You will work across a variety of sectors and engage with our clients' key business functions and C-suite executives. You will be integral to the Corporates Legal Entity business as we scale, providing support with ongoing business development activity, team development and market-leading eminence.

We are recruiting people with the ability to deliver complex transformation programmes related to legal entity structural change, ideally bringing a blend of both consulting and a technical skill-set.
You will:
- Lead multi-disciplinary projects and teams
- Manage and present findings to key client stakeholders, including heads of business functions (e.g. Head of HR, Governance, Head of Legal)
- Develop and build your corporate structuring technical expertise in order to help our clients navigate legal entity structuring challenges in areas such as Legal, Labour/HR, the Business Finance and/or Tax
- Support Deloitte's 'Talent Agenda' via mentoring and developing others within the Corporates Legal Entity team
- Engage in business development activity including drafting proposals, preparing thought leadership pieces and organising webinars
- Collaborate and build your network with colleagues from across worldwide Deloitte Member Firms
- Work effectively as part of a diverse team and contribute to an inclusive team culture
Connect to your skills and professional experience
- International business and FTSE 100 consulting or industry experience and ideally technical expertise in either one (but not necessarily all) of the following: Finance, HR/ Labour, Legal and/or Co-Sec
- Experience successfully delivering projects related to new business set up. For example the set up of a Branch in a new jurisdiction which may also include synthesising the input of a number of different functions. Specific experience in addressing labour type concerns would be useful.
- Prior experience of synthesising cross functional input into a business set up

- A good communicator with strong writing skills, including a good proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel and having a good understanding of how to present complex information clearly for both internal and external presentation
- An organised and diligent individual who enjoys the development and implementation of plans and has a proven ability to prioritise a large number of tasks
- A commercial business and learning mind-set in order to understand our clients' businesses and the implications of related market activity and trends

Personal independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
