Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager - Company Secretariat, on a 6 month fixed term basis, to support and advice the board on all matters related to Corporate Law, Finance Governance, Strategy and Corporate Secretarial practice. This is a pivotal role to ensure we comply with our financial and legal requirements.

As a Senior Manager - Company Secretariat, this role is key to ensuring Experian operates to guard our reputation through operating to the highest level of ethics and professionalism.

What you'll be doing

  • Corporate governance, including organizing and supporting meetings
  • Facilitate and communicate company information to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Legal and regulatory compliance
  • Providing, advice, guidance and insight to key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a senior management position within a Company Secretariat team, ideally within a global organisation.
  • Ability to input and oversee key internal and external documents and communication with stakeholders
  • A proven track record of operating in an advisory capacity to provide guidance and insight to key stakeholders
  • Knowledge and insight in working with the Audit Committee
  • Experience of providing the team with direction and support, although this role is not a leader of people this will be key to its success!
