Business to Telco (B2T) is a new strategy, a new way of thinking about our industry and business and a new way of applying our skills and experience. In the short term this is necessary as we manage a changing relationship with big markets, and in the longer term this will help us bringing many new opportunities.

We have gained vast experience from working with 29 partners across 45 markets, serving 218m customers. With us you will...
- Leads a team that delivers high quality, fit-for-purpose commercial models and commercial steering
- Sets the commercial / pricing framework for new products and propositions in line with Production unit guidelines
- Drives cross-functional activities to ensure continuous optmisation of commercial propositions based on market/customer insights
- Actively monitors and adjusts commercial levers for projects and services in alignment with the account management, production units and finance to maximise profitability, minimise risk, ensure efficient use of resources and achieving desired outcome and value to customers/partners
- Owns commercial governance processes for B2T
- Leads commercial and strategic projects across areas to support B2T's vision and overall strategy
- Develops and drive 3-year (mid-term) and 5-year (long-term) strategic plan to support overall B2T growth
It would be nice if you have...
- Prior knowledge and experience of Vodafone OpCos and/or Group
- Strong commercial acumen
- Be able to analyse and articulate complex information in a simple and effective way
- Highly effective influencing and commercial negotiating skills
- Be able to develop positive relationships with individuals at all levels
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Substantial management experience at senior level, presenting to Exco level stakeholders and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Self-starter who is committed to deliver results and make decisions
- International experience across different cultures
- Degree in either Business, Economics, Engineering, or related studies (MA, MSc or equivalent university degree)
- 8+ years of experience in commercial and strategy roles
- People management experience of advantage
- MBA desirable
