Do you have Business Process Consultant experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in London? Cognizant UK&I is seeking a flexible, full-time Senior Manager - Business Process Consultant - Retail, and the hybrid role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a Senior Business Process Consultant , you will be instrumental in building a capability focused on digital business processes, advising on business strategies, operational improvements and technological innovations. You will also identify opportunities to leverage automation technologies to streamline operations, reduce costs and improve delivery.

In your first few weeks in this Business Process Consultant role, you can expect to:

• Develop and drive a digital business process capability and Centre of Excellence (CoE) leveraging digital solutions (preferably using Salesforce cloud solutions)
• Collaborate with industry leaders as well as senior client and internal stakeholders to develop practice capabilities and contribute to growth of the practice
• Provide expert guidance on the adoption of AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies to enhance experience and operational efficiency in digital business processes.

To apply for this Senior Manager role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

• A master's degree, preferably in business administration, data analytics or information technology/science
• Expertise in digital transformation in customer strategies and business process automation as well as a good understanding of the Retail and/or Retail Healthcare industry
• A track record of implementing successful digital transformation and automation programmes within the Retail or Retail Healthcare industries.
