You will consult with and advise at all levels of our client's business, from the junior analyst to the CxO, while being comfortable working alongside the Finance and IT departments. You will be responsible for your project team and for the full life cycle of an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) project, starting with the shaping of the scope and proposal, initial design of the performance framework through to the implementation of the supporting technology and future roadmap design.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the successful design and delivery of Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting solutions in strategic accounts.
- Leading identification of client requirements, processes and business drivers through meetings and workshops, and advising on best practices.
- Leading on advising clients on the various solutions available to meet their needs and the relative advantages and disadvantages of those solutions.
- Establishing effective working relationships with clients as part of the project delivery role and advising them using your knowledge of the industry that they operate in.
- Experience in Private sector or Financial services industry is advantageous.
- Performing practice development including contributing to client bids, thought leadership pieces, industry events, supporting the delivery of training or managing team communications.
- Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
- Working with our clients on Enterprise Business Planning to connect decisions outside of finance; into operations including marketing, HR, supply chain.

You will demonstrate:
- Experience managing diverse teams and coaching/mentoring junior talent.
- Experience in a planning, budgeting and forecasting discipline within management consulting or relevant experience working in industry.
- Hands on experience of configuring planning, budgeting and forecasting using Anaplan for at least 3 full lifecycle implementation projects. Knowledge of other tech players in the market (Oracle, OneStream, IBM TM1 or SAP BPC) are also highly valued.
- Experience of leading the Solution Architecture for an Anaplan-based solution for at least one end to end project lifecycle.
- Ability to translate and present technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear, concise, appropriate manner.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Effective cross-functional project management skills, with experience of working with geographically dispersed teams and clients.
- We empower practitioners at all levels to help deliver sustainable engagements through the utilisation of our Sustainable Delivery Framework.
- All Anaplan practitioners are encouraged to drive behaviour changes through sustainable ways of working, governance improvements and sustainable travelling.
Desirable:
- Qualified/Part-Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent is advantageous.
- Anaplan Model Builder or equivalent certified. Solution architect or equivalent certification is advantageous.
