SkyShowtime is looking for an enthusiastic AdTech Operations Manager to take a lead role within our Advertising team. SkyShowtime has launched its ad tier across 22 markets in April 2024 and we are getting ready to take our advertising business to the next level. Therefore, we are looking for a talented individual to build and scale our AdTech Operations team. You will need a solid understanding of the CTV / Streaming landscape and an appetite to continually improve processes to ensure we deliver best-in-class ad operations. You will have expert knowledge of ad serving systems and a passion for new and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be the main point of contact for our daily ad operations (internal and external stakeholders).
- You will work with our product, commercial, and engagement teams to continuously maintain and evolve our ad serving system (i.e. FreeWheel) in a controlled way.
- You will be responsible for daily ad operational activities, trafficking, policies, and workflows for both sold inventory and for in-house promos.
- You will oversee compliance to SkyShowtime's advertising guidelines.
- You will help onboard new SkyShowtime distribution partners ensuring ad inventory is configured and exposed as per agreed specifications.
- You will work with different ad sales partners, networks and major SSPs to maximise ad revenue through various sales channels.
- You will work with internal teams to build out operational dashboards to monitor and improve performance and help the wider SkyShowtime business understand key metrics.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience managing AdTech operations (ideally for a streaming/video publisher).
- Solid understanding of the streaming landscape in Europe and the wider CTV industry as well as AdTech developments.
- Proficient with ad serving systems (Freewheel experience is highly desirable but not essential) and the broader programmatic landscape.
- Experience with advertising technology (including VAST, VMAP, OpenRTB, Header Bidding, Data activation, Measurement).
- Experience with (S)AVOD / FAST a plus.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Well-developed organisational and project management skills.
- A team player, able to work in a collaborative, flexible, and dynamic environment.
- Must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills. Additional European language is a plus.
