About the role
Join the Frontier team as a Senior Manager to help realise our vision of the first enterprise-grade decision intelligence platform. What you'll be doing:
- Leading transformational AI system implementations by scoping high-value solutions and navigating complex technical challenges alongside technical colleagues.
- Managing enterprise life sciences accounts, including oversight of pricing, contract negotiations, resourcing, and the identification of strategic growth opportunities.
- Building deep trust with senior stakeholders in global enterprises through a sophisticated understanding of how Frontier addresses their unique operational problems.
- Advocating for customer needs internally by providing the product development team with direct insights to refine and enhance the platform.
- Creating scalable delivery assets, such as playbooks and process improvements, to empower both external partners and internal teams.
- Collaborating across functions-including engineering, data science, and business development-to explore novel use cases and drive seamless project coordination.
Who we're looking for:
- You bring extensive experience in technology consulting, product development, or a similar high-impact, customer-facing role.
- You have a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically complex projects, particularly those involving AI/ML technologies.
- You possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and foster trust with diverse stakeholders.
- You are an expert at managing senior customer relationships and influencing outcomes across multiple internal and external teams.
- You demonstrate a proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in ambitious, fast-paced environments where you can find pragmatic paths through ambiguity.
- You are motivated by solving consequential problems and have the versatility to evolve your role as the Frontier product scales globally.
Note: if you've got experience working in the Life Sciences sector that'd be awesome - this is a "nice to have though" and motivation to work in that space will more than suffice.
