About the role:

As a Senior Manager in Financial Services, you will be at the forefront of delivering bespoke software and AI solutions that yield significant ROI for our clients. You'll operate autonomously, engaging with C-level stakeholders, and backed by Faculty's leading technologists to transform complex industry challenges into growth opportunities. This role is potentially for you if you're an entrepreneurial thinker, passionate about leveraging AI to revolutionize Financial Services, and you enjoy hands-on problem scoping and impactful solution delivery.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading transformational applied AI work with a diverse client portfolio
• Owning and leading client engagements from initial scoping to successful delivery
• Acting as the crucial bridge between Faculty's technical expertise and senior client stakeholders
• Positioning Faculty as a trusted advisor and effective implementer, evolving transactional accounts into strategic partnerships.
• Engaging with a broad network of sector stakeholders to build a coalition of support for Faculty's initiatives
• Driving continuous improvement in delivery excellence by contributing innovative ideas, structure, and scalable processes
• Identifying opportunities for further growth within existing client relationships

Who we're looking for:

• You possess a proven ability to lead both projects and people within the Financial Services sector
• You have substantial experience leading the delivery of Machine Learning/Data Science products and/or services
• You bring valuable depth experience as an external consultant
• You demonstrate experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, up to C-level, with evidence of durable relationships and account expansion
• You have in-depth knowledge of a key area within Financial Services (preference for Insurance, Asset Management, Banking, or FinTech)
• You thrive on distilling clarity from ambiguity and can influence effectively without direct authority
• You uphold high personal standards for delivery excellence, grasping details while seamlessly switching between strategic and commercial perspectives
