Overview
Management Accountant
We are hiring a Management Accountant to join our Finance team in London, playing a key role in delivering accurate reporting and supporting business performance across Publicis Groupe UK. This is an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where finance partners closely with the business to drive insight and impact. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues, supporting strong financial controls while helping to continuously improve how we operate. What you'll be doing:
- Deliver accurate month-end reporting, ensuring submissions are completed on time and in line with Groupe standards
- Prepare and post journals, alongside clear variance analysis for monthly and year-to-date performance
- Maintain balance sheet integrity through regular reconciliations and timely issue resolution
- Support budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles, contributing insight to financial planning
- Monitor and review costs, including discretionary spend, accruals and prepayments
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and support audit requirements with clear documentation
- Collaborate with Finance Assistants, SSC teams and stakeholders to maintain high-quality service delivery
Skills we're looking for:
- Solid understanding of management accounting and financial reporting principles
- Ability to work accurately to deadlines while managing multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills, with confidence working across teams and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, organised approach
- A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and ways of working
- Professional, approachable and collaborative working style
- Experience supporting financial controls, compliance and audit activities
