The Package

• Up to £52,000 per annum for the right candidate
• Monday to Friday hours 9am to 5pm, no call outs
• Great work - life balance
• Some overtime/flexibility in working hours/days will be required during the summer months

The Job Role

• Senior Maintenance Technician required to work within a team of 3 within the luxurious grounds of a private residence .
• To uphold the impeccable standards within the house and extensive grounds.
• General maintenance work with a focus on electrical/mechanical

The Requirements

• A strong individual with an exceptional background in quality hotels or private residences
• Practical skills in mechanical engineering is essential. Preference being around air handling units or boilers
• A Self-starter
• Exceptional customer service skills

The Location

• Egham
• You must live within a 30 minute commute of the property
