Senior Loyalty Operations Manager

A typical day in this role includes:
• Setting the strategic direction for European CRM & Loyalty systems and tooling, working with stakeholders and BUs to gather their needs and requirements and be responsible for delivering the functionality.
• Work in partnership with stakeholders across BUs, GIT and eLab, to ensure that roadmap processes are followed, establishing DataLab as a central point of roadmap decisioning and prioritisation.
• Be an advocate and promote functionality delivered from DataLab, supporting in the rollout of new features across European BUs, establishing best practices to encourage usage and optimisation.
• Working closely with the commercial and Insight teams, as well as a wider network of Group IT, Technology and Marketing teams, both in Europe and Asia, to share CRM & loyalty operational best practice and drive alignment across the business.
• Be the expert on industry best practice and 3rd party tooling, bringing external knowledge and independent thinking into the ASW.

This role would be a good fit for you if:
• You have the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• You are adept at traversing between technical and non-technical audiences.
• You have an understanding of different personality types, establishing required approach to maximise any interaction.
• You are able to build collaborative internal relationships and developing a network across ASW.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, traversing between commercial and tech audiences.
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills.
