Person specification
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Medical Degree
- MRCOG Part 1
- Completion of Foundation competencies (UK Foundation programme or demonstration of equivalent training)
- Completion of all ST2 competencies as per RCOG Curriculum
- Full registration with the General Medical Council and Licensed to Practice
- Familiarity with UK health system and NHS
- Basic Adult Life Support training within previous 12 months
Desirable criteria
- MRCOG Part 2 & 3 (2)
- At least 1 year experience working at middle grade (ST3+) in UK post (2)
- At least 2 years experience working in UK post (2)
Audit/QA
Essential criteria
- Understanding of Audit / QI
Desirable criteria
- Experience of Audit /QI
Academic Achievements
Essential criteria
- Distinctions or Prizes during undergraduate and/or postgraduate training
- Research & Publications
