Senior Lettings Negotiator in Central London

About the Role

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a thriving estate agency in Central London.

Location: Central London
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,000+ basic per annum | OTE £40,000 - £60,000 + benefits
Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (1 early finish at 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiating tenancies and sales, acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers.
• Drafting tenancy agreements and conducting Right to Rent checks.
• Managing tenancy renewals and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Listing properties on major property portals.
• Conducting property inspections and arranging viewings.
• Delivering letters and flyers for property marketing purposes.
• Providing regular updates and feedback to clients to maintain strong relationships.
• Proactively securing new sales through business development initiatives.
• Handling marketing, administration, and general office tasks.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Lettings Negotiator within a Central London estate agency.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and confident.
• Professional, ambitious, and hardworking approach.
• Degree educated (preferred but not essential).
• A driving licence NOT required.
