We are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our flagship Roger Platt office in Maidenhead. Your Role:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will:

• Drive new business generation through proactive prospecting and networking
• Generate and book valuations, conduct market appraisals, and win instructions
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancies
• Maximise income and profitability for the branch

What We're Looking For:

• Estate agency experience (Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent)
• Strong business development skills with a proven ability to generate new opportunities
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
• Resilient, motivated, and target-driven
• Full UK driving licence required
