Your Role:
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Lister, you'll generate business daily with a pro-active approach to booking valuations, carrying out the market appraisals/valuations. You will also be conducting property viewings, negotiate tenancies & maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.
What We're Looking For:
Estate Agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent. Able to generate new business in a target driven environment, Exceptional customer care/service experience, Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Hold a Full UK driving license.
