We now have a new exciting opportunity within our New Business department with the introduction of a Partnerships Manager role.
This is an excellent opportunity to join at the beginning of a transformative journey where you'll be working as key member of the New Business team.
In this role you will be responsible for acquiring and growing new and existing partners to contribute to the growth objectives of Helping Hands. This is an amazing chance to shape this area of the business and really make it your own!
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate a pipeline of potential commercial partners within priority sectors.
- Prioritise partnership opportunities that balance strong commercial returns with alignment to our core values, fostering collaborations with organisations that share our vision and commitment.
- Keep up to date with relevant directories that Helping Hands would benefit from featuring on, whilst owning the relationship with the existing directories that Helping Hands subscribes to, including evaluating their performance & ROI.
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and be proactive in engaging with the Exec to support on more complex scenarios.
- Acting as the subject matter expert on our partnerships, supplying regular updates to relevant stakeholders on performance and growth opportunities.
About You
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record in partnerships or business development. The ideal candidate will bring personal impact and influence, underpinned by a values-driven approach to their work. You will excel in planning and organisation, demonstrating resilience and the ability to work autonomously. A deep understanding of partnership models, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills, is essential. A full driving licence and the ability to commute to our head office in Alcester as needed are required for this role.
