An international, market-leading professional services firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its team. In this dynamic role, you will provide strategic legal advice to partnerships, limited liability entities, and senior leadership, working closely with the Chief Legal Officer to manage and shape the firm's legal function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee protocols for engagement letters, terms of business, supplier contracts, and outsourcing arrangements.
• Advise on panel terms, commercial agreements, and client proposals (RFPs).
• Support corporate governance, intra-group arrangements, and data privacy compliance.
• Review facility agreements and other financing documents.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and regulatory teams to address jurisdictional requirements.
• Lead and manage the in-house legal team, with potential to grow the team.

About You:

You are a practical and solutions-oriented legal professional with a strong foundation in corporate law and in-house experience in a regulated environment. Your ability to build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders is matched by your attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and aptitude for managing diverse workloads. Previous experience managing legal teams is a plus.

Pay: £88,266.00-£98,597.00 per year
