What do we want?

Looking for some exceptional to join our team as a Hotel Sales Manager. The purpose of this role will be to increase the share and profitability of existing accounts and securing new businesses through the implementation of a Hotel Sales strategy .

Your responsibilities as a Hotel Sales Manager will include, but not limited to:

• Driving and managing sales by actively identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct telesales calls, plan appointments and carry out face-to-face sales in line with agreed targets.
• work with senior managers and other key members to strengthen current relationships within the local community.
• Represent the company at Seminars , business events to maximise networking opportunities to raise company profile.
• Work with Senior managers and Revenue team to devise strategies and tactics to retain and grow and grow the business to support revenue maximisation.

• Have excellent IT and administrative skills
• You will be approachable, able to lead and motivate your team

• Able to meet deadline remaining calm under pressure
