Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

We are looking for a dynamic and efficient individual to join our National Family team as a Senior Administrator. Our support team are required to work in a fast-paced environment, with conflicting priorities and it is crucial that we maintain exceptional levels of service for our clients and our colleagues throughout. This role is to provide that consistency. It will involve varied administrative responsibilities working within a large team so the ability to organise your time effectively and prioritise workload are essential. We are looking for an individual to work across the whole of the national team, adapting to ever-changing business demands. Delivering exceptional client service is at the heart of everything we do and we are looking for a solution-focused individual who can deliver for our clients and colleagues.

  • Seamlessly onboarding new clients and ensuring compliance obligations are met
  • Coordinating the billing process from beginning to end
  • Liaising with clients and third parties including the court, barristers and experts to support on client cases
  • Managing fee-earner diaries, booking travel arrangements, preparing agendas and minute taking
  • Supporting with the preparation of court documents, court forms and bundles
  • Ensuring client files are accurate and well-kept and all necessary compliance action is undertaken promptly
  • Attending internal meetings to represent the support team and assist with meetings, events and business development activity
  • Provide support for project work and support the National Family team in progressing activities which align to our goals

About You

We are looking for an individual who thrives from working collaboratively, as this role will require a commitment to working a minimum of 3 days from one of the following cosmopolitan offices - Leeds, Sheffield or Manchester, with the option to work from home 2 days a week.

  • A quick learner who will be solution focused and take ownership to ensure jobs get done
  • Ready to embrace our digital, agile and dynamic ways of working in line with business and client need
  • Administrative experience is preferable, especially if it is in the family law sector.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure and to re-prioritise workload as required
  • Brilliant client care skills and good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
