Person specification

Qualifications & Training

Essential criteria

  • Medical Degree
  • To have achieved minimum competencies expected of ST3 or equivalent in desired specialty

Desirable criteria

  • MRCPCH or equivalent
  • 12 months experience in desired specialty

Audit

Essential criteria

  • Experience of Audit

Academic Achievements

Desirable criteria

  • Distinctions or Prizes during undergraduate training
  • Research & Publications

Attributes

Essential criteria

  • Ability to assess and interpret complicated and conflicting information and use judgement where appropriate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team working skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate the organisational values and beliefs
  • Able to work and act independently

GMC Status

Essential criteria

  • Active registration and licence to practice with the GMC at the time of appointment (via Manchester International Fellowship Scheme)

Desirable criteria

  • Plastic Surgery Experience

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
