Person specification

Essential

Essential criteria

• GMC registration - full
• MRCP or FRCR or equivalent
• Completion of basic training in medicine
• Experience in Cardiology as middle grade
• Desire to pursue career in Cardiology
• BSE (or equivalent) transthoracic Echo accreditation
• TOE and stress echo experience
• Participation in Clinical Audit
• Organisation and communication skills
• Team working skills

Desirable criteria

• Teaching Medical Students
• Teaching Junior medical staff
• Publications in Medical Journals
• Research experience relating to Cardiology and/or BCS or other scientific bodies

Employer certification / accreditation badges

Applicant requirements

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
