Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our London office in a hybrid role.

You will translate high-level concepts and user requirements into structured, intuitive and scalable design solutions. Working alongside an Experience & Design Strategist and a UX Consultant, you will drive the design direction, ensure consistency across the product and help shape a seamless user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate user requirements and concepts into wireframes, interactive prototypes and polished product interfaces
• Define and maintain the design vision across all product areas
• Build, evolve and manage the product's design system in close collaboration with product and engineering leadership
• Provide guidance and design reviews for the second UX Designer; establish best practices and workflows
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects and the UX Consultant
• Use modern design tools and AI-assisted workflows (Figma AI features, plugins, automation etc.) to accelerate delivery
• Participate in shaping user flows and improving UX at a strategic level

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design for complex digital products, ideally in an agency environment
• Proven experience in leading design domains or mentoring other designers
• Strong command of UX principles, interaction patterns, usability and accessibility best practices
• Advanced proficiency with Figma
• Experience building or scaling design systems
• Excellent communication skills; ability to clearly articulate reasoning and defend design decisions
• Familiarity with modern AI-powered design tools is a strong plus
