Overview
Job role:
The L&D Senior Coordinator takes ownership of the coordination and smooth delivery of a broad portfolio of L&D programmes and initiatives. Building on strong administrative skills, you now manage end-to-end logistics for multiple programmes with minimal supervision, ensuring training sessions, enrolments and reporting are delivered to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:
You act as the first point of contact for learners and stakeholders, providing expert advice on learning solutions, resolving queries, and ensuring an exceptional learner experience. Confident in using Marcel Classes (our LMS), you proactively optimise processes, track programme data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
You take responsibility for coordinating and delivering small-to-large scale training projects and programmes, and support the design and facilitation of learning activities. You also begin mentoring newer coordinators, sharing your expertise in systems and processes.
You will use AI-enabled tools to streamline scheduling, enrolment management, and reporting. Apply AI analytics to monitor engagement and identify trends for programme improvement. Support AI-related learning initiatives by coordinating sessions, managing resources, and ensuring accurate data capture. Explore AI-driven solutions to enhance learner experience and operational efficiency.
By building trusted relationships across Publicis Groupe, you provide valuable insights from the ground that inform L&D priorities, supporting employee growth, succession planning, and business performance.
Experience/ Skills:
- Strong programme and project management skills, coordinating multiple learning initiatives end-to-end with high attention to detail and quality.
- Confident use of LMS platforms, data tracking and reporting to monitor activity, identify trends, and support continuous improvement.
- Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to streamline processes, optimise delivery, create efficiences and analyse learner engagement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, acting as a trusted first point of contact and supporting a positive learner experience.
- Proactively improves processes and ways of working to increase efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.
- Embeds inclusive and accessible practices into learning coordination and delivery.
- Supports learning delivery through high-quality materials and contributes to team capability by sharing knowledge and best practice.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
