About the role
Initio Learning Trust is looking for a IT Technician (Senior) to join our fantastic IT team. Could this be you?
Actual Salary £27,711 - £31,586 per annum (Grade 8)
This job is full time, and is offered on a permanent basis, with a planned start date in February / March 2025.
We are looking for someone to join our friendly team of IT support technicians, offering excellent customer service via our helpdesk as well as in person, working on-site across our schools which are located from Bridport across to Verwood in Dorset.
As a result, a clean driving licence and your own transport is essential for travel across the Trust's multiple sites and schools.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- At least three years experience, and an excellent understanding of IT support needs across a multi-site environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Google workspace for Education / Active directory / Helpdesk software
And will be:
- A strong team player
- Able to manage their own workload
- Able to support and lead others in the team
