- Maintain ownership of service and stakeholder relationships for all IT services
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates on service delivery performance, issues, and improvements - briefing Leadership team and senior stakeholders as required
- Manage the IT Service Delivery framework, adhering to ITIL best practices and organisational standards.
- Establish, Mature, simplify, automate and enhance where possible all Operational Service processes including Service Transition
- Prepare and present reports on service metrics, performance trends, and improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate regular meetings and discussions to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams.
- Understand business needs and priorities to align IT services with organisational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic guidance on IT service delivery matters as required
- Setup and manage relationships with third-party service providers which could include outsourced services to ensure they are delivered in line with contracts and expectations.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to optimise value and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Drive the continuous improvement of IT services through the identification and implementation of best practices.
- Leverage data and feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and process enhancements
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and high performance
- Undertaking other duties and tasks that from time to time may be allocated to the role holder that are appropriate to the level or role.
