Kennedys are seeking to recruit a Senior Investigations Analyst to join the Investigations Services Team. This is an exciting opportunity to undertake analysis on a wide range of claim types and business lines, developing and actioning intelligence as well as providing supervision and guidance to the team of Analysts. The role offers the opportunity to work in the identification of insurance fraud trends and complex investigations.

Team

The Investigations Services Team primarily assist the Fraud Team whilst also providing a desktop investigations provision to the wider Kennedys firm and clients. We also collaborate with industry bodies, such as the Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB) and IFED.

The team assist in detecting fraud or validating claims, ensuring best practice, effective process and measures to deter and prevent fraud.

  • Suspected fraudulent claims
  • Validating claims
  • Know Your Opponent enquiries

Required experience

  • Minimum 4 years intelligence analyst experience*
  • Minimum 4 years Counter-Fraud experience at an insurer/within the sector, with an in-depth understanding of the insurance claims industry / processes*
  • Experience of iBase / Analyst's Notebook
  • PowerBi or SQL Server Management Studio (not essential but preferred)
  • Experience in dealing with complex investigations and mass data analysis methods
  • Strong Open Source research skills
  • Working knowledge of GDPR and DPA
