Senior International Admissions Officer

We are looking to appoint a Senior International Admissions Officer to provide high quality administrative support in the busy Admissions Office. As a Senior International Admissions Officer you will work as part of a busy and successful admissions team managing the processing of applications to a range of courses throughout their journey to enrolment. You will work closely with Admissions Tutors, Faculties, Schools and other University departments. You will deliver consistently excellent advice and guidance to applicants on the admissions process to applicants.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication, team-working and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and organise their own workload and able to work unsupervised and exercise their judgment and initiative. They will have the ability to work with a diverse range of people on a daily basis and be able to present information both verbally and in the form of reports.

The post holder will actively contribute to continuous improvement in the team and through policy and systems development. Candidates will have A Levels or equivalent experience / experiential learning and have previous experience of working in an international student recruitment / admissions context.

Flexible working is necessary as evening and weekend working is required at peak periods during the admissions cycle.
