Senior Interior Designer - Workplace Interiors
Location: Hybrid - 4 days in-office (Central London), 1 day WFH
Salary: £65,000-£75,000

We're working with a leading design studio (name confidential) to find a talented Senior Interior Designer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on complex, large-scale workplace fit-out projects for repeat clients, with full ownership from concept through to completion.

You'll join a well-structured, collaborative design team of 15 (within a 45-person studio), working closely with in-house specialists across graphics, furniture, and tech.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead major workplace fit-out projects end-to-end
• Mentor and manage midweight and junior designers
• Deliver polished tender packages and presentations
• Act as a key client contact (limited pitching involved)
• Collaborate with PMs and internal design disciplines

We're looking for:

• Strong background in commercial/workplace interiors
• 5+ years of experience
• Confident team leader and client presenter
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop
• Revit is a bonus, not essential

This is a role for someone ready to own projects, guide a team, and shape high-impact design work in a creatively ambitious studio.
