Senior Insolvency Administrator

We currently have a Senior Insolvency Administrator vacancy on our National Closure Team in our busy Whitefield office.

The specific duties and responsibilities will include:-

  • Conducting training for all new starters and the current junior members of the team
  • Being the first point of contact for the junior members of the team
  • Assisting the manager with managerial tasks.
  • Reviewing all reports before they are sent to the manager
  • Reviewing all general letters, emails prior to being sent
  • Taking responsibility for the teams LC Debtors
  • Taking Responsibility for the team's master pension spreadsheet
  • A degree of autonomy in decision making

Skills Required:

  • 4 plus years' insolvency experience (this should include previous experience of CVL and MVL procedures)
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a varied case portfolio
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and be proactive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Supervisory experience (desirable rather than essential)
