The role
We're seeking a Senior Insight Executive to work within the Content Insight Team. The Content Insight Team work closely with Commissioning and Scheduling to deliver key insights and bring the voice of the audience to the heart of key decision making. In this role, you will work across all genres within ITV, partnering closely with Insight Managers to support the delivery of actionable insights. The position offers a high degree of variety and the opportunity to engage with a wide range of research methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Running and Analysing BARB data to report Programme and Channel Performance to stakeholders
• Analysing ITVX data, accessed through internal Dashboards and liaising with Data Analysts
• Working with Insight Managers to assist in the management of bigger qualitative research projects
• Writing Questionnaires and Analysing Qual. Feedback to help understand what our audience think about many different programmes and genres
• To be an approachable, reliable and visible point of contact for the Insight Managers and key clients

Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)

• An understanding of BARB and the ability to run, analyse and provide performance ratings, including experience with industry-standard audience measurement tools such as TechEdge
• An understanding of wider viewing performance measures and the challenges of audience measurement
• Be a skilled, dynamic and amenable communicator whether in person, as a presenter, or on the page
• Good understanding of the full range of ITV's programmes, its channels, and its place in the wider television market.
• Passionate viewer of television

Other things we're looking for (key criteria)

• Experience in a range of research techniques - both quantitative and qualitative, traditional and digital is preferable
• Ability to think imaginatively and creatively about the issues facing ITV and its audiences, as well as the wider market
• Ability to use initiative as well as, proven organisational and workflow management abilities - the ability to manage multiple streams of work and hit deadlines is important
