We are looking for someone to join our Product Development team as a Senior Insight and Outcomes Specialist focusing on customer outcomes and commercial development . This is an exciting opportunity to join this growing team, and drive and shape the role to determine future direction.

About the role:

You will be responsible for delivering new and enhanced customer insight, product outcome monitoring and commercial data analysis for the Commercial Development team working collaboratively with other data and business SME's across the Society.

You will build, maintain and continually optimise customer and commercial reports from various internal and external data sources to maximise self-sufficiency, reduce risk of data errors, increase automation and address current and future issues and limitations.

We are looking for someone with the following key skills/experience:

  • Expert knowledge of using Power BI is essential, skills from use of other visualisation tools such as Tableau, SAP BO or SAS Visual Analytics would be considered
  • Experience of delivering and optimising commercial or customer insight
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with large, complex data sets using SQL (or equivalent coding languages like SAS, R, Python
  • Excellent communication skills & technical competence, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in a Financial Services or similar regulated environment would be desirable
