Senior Infrastructure Analyst

About the Role:

You will perform Level 3 IT Infrastructure projects Including design, maintenance, and enhancement of Cloud Infrastructure Services, Server Environments and End-user Compute (EUC) services. You will report to Manager - IT Infrastructure

You Will:

• Manage Microsoft Azure Services and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Services.
• Manage Infrastructure Services including Windows & Linux Servers.
• Manage End-user Computing Services including Windows & macOS.
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Okta Environments.
• Manage Cisco Meraki, Cisco ISE, Cisco ASA Environment
• Manage SQL Databases.
• Conduct Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) assessments, recommending and implementing enhancements to technologies and processes.
• Analyse causes to ensure permanent resolution.
• Monitor and keep all systems secure and up to date
• Keep knowledgeable of cloud technologies and new features released by Association vendors.
• Review Vulnerabilities across the IT Infrastructure and improve findings.
• Keep all the 3rd party applications up to date by creating necessary packages and pushing them to the devices by Intune.
• Keep all the devices updated.
• Conduct security reviews of new applications and vendors to check if the applications are aligned with Association Security Policies and inform IT Management of the outcome to make necessary decisions.
• Conduct regular user access reviews for Infrastructure Services.
• Review and inform IT Management of non-approved applications running on Devices and take necessary actions given by the IT Management.

You Have:

• At least a recognised Diploma or Degree in Information Technology.
• Microsoft Certifications.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure Services and EUC Services.
• Qualification in or be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Experience with cloud hosting providers such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to learn new IT skills and best practices with little formal education.
• Ability to work on own initiative and within a team.
• Experience working in a multinational organisation.
• Experience in Okta.
