Job Title: Senior Individual Giving Coordinator

Purpose of Job
The Individual Giving (IG) team raises vital unrestricted income through a variety of streams such as cash and regular giving, payroll giving, challenge events, and legacy and in-memory giving.
Working alongside the IG Manager, the Senior IG Coordinator supports the growth of our IG programme by developing and delivering innovative fundraising campaigns and stewardship activities, including multichannel appeals, automated donor journeys, mid-level giving, and always on acquisition campaigns.
The Senior IG Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the IG programme including drafting fundraising and stewardship content, managing the supporter care inbox, and maintaining the CRM system.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
- Working with the IG Manager on the development and delivery of fundraising and stewardship campaigns to achieve annual income targets
- Be the first point of contact for supporter enquiries
- Drafting supporter communications including thank you letters and regular giving welcome packs, seasonal stewardship emails and fundraising emails
- Coordinating content across platforms including the Trees for Cities website and 3rd party platforms, writing engaging copy to inspire supporters to donate
- Supporting the development of automated journeys to retain supporters and convert cash donors to regular givers
- Working with the Marketing & Communications and Impact teams to identify and develop compelling case studies demonstrating our impact and need for funding
- Working with the IG Manager to monitor and report on campaign performance and programme KPIs to optimise future activity
- Liaising with external agencies, suppliers and internal teams to deliver high quality content and appeals
- Ensuring the CRM system is up to date, including logging supporter communications, uploading monthly income reports and ad-hoc database maintenance
- Working with the IG Manager and finance team to support monthly reconciliation
- Coordinate on data entry, processing and analysis with other teams
