Begin your new career with us! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to work in our diverse and friendly team. As a Senior Income Officer, you'll help collect rent to sustain tenancies, ensuring that residents have access to the support that they might need. This is a varied role and we will ensure that you have all the training you could need. We are really proud of our service and would love to continue to grow with your help!Your roleYou will oversee your own patch by taking a proactive, innovative approach to recovering and preventing rent arrears. You'll decisively escalate and manage cases that require further action and engage with residents to negotiate arrangements and provide advice to those that need it.

This role is very flexible, and no two days are the same! A typical week will see you working at home, in the office and out and about on your 'patch', visiting residents at their properties. You'll be dynamic in delivering our vision for a high-quality service for residents.
