The Team

We now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Immigration Senior Associate / Senior Manager or Director to join our growing People Reward and Mobility practice in London.
The Role
The role is primarily focused on business immigration and legal advisory. You can expect to work on a wide range of immigration matters depending on the requirements of the firm. This will include supporting domestic and international organisations with their immigration requirements, as well as working on global advisory projects and supporting other practice areas on cross-divisional matters. The workload is varied and will suit someone who has proven technical ability and is able to adapt and respond to a broad range of legal issues.
You will maintain client relationships, supervise and manage an experienced team, contribute to business development and thought leadership, raising your own profile, and supporting the continued growth of the practice.

The role would be ideal for an experienced immigration professional who is looking for an opportunity where they can develop their own business, within a proven existing practice.
Required experience, skills, and attributes
Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Convert opportunities into instructions.
- Advise on a range of UK immigration law matters, including all Sponsored Work categories, ILR, Family, European and Nationality etc.
- Liaise with global network to deliver projects.
- Manage a varied caseload.
- Supervise and review work of immigration associates/specialists, ensuring that timelines are met, and work is delivered to client requirements and expectations.
- Facilitate operational delivery, including use of technology.
Additional Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Head of Immigration on a range of projects.
- Oversee the progression of business ventures while participating as a speaker and event planner.
- Contribute to thought leadership and raise the profile of the firm externally.
