Job summary
We are looking for a passionate individual to work as a Senior Imaging Systems Administrator within the DHCT Solutions section to help deliver this Dentistry technology change project that interfaces directly with our Imaging systems.
Main duties of the job
This role will deliver direct project work to configure and enable this specific project whilst providing support/management to the overall Imaging systems that DHCT manage on behalf of the Trust. This includes identifying and planning all required configuration and implementation into the Imaging systems, liaising with both the supplier and the Dentistry department's project team, and ensuring that this project is governed to the satisfaction of the DHCT standards to ensure consistency.

You need to have previous experience of Imaging Systems (like PACS and VNA), their management and administration, a sound understanding of clinical imaging, and a good background in the digital healthcare technologies required. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience of Digital Dentistry.
If successful, you will be offered this exciting role as a fixed term NHS contract, for the duration of the project (currently 12 months) but with a potential to be annually renewed. You will receive your annual increments in line with Agenda for Change.
This role is full time and arrangements can be made to ensure clinical staff can maintain their professional registration, and the post can be offered as a secondment.
