If that excites you, how about joining our team as ClearBank People Partner - Technology and Product? As a key member of the People Partnering team, your role will include:
- Being a trusted advisor and strategic coach and partner to ExCo stakeholders, influencing people decisions that drive strategic goals and enhance organisational effectiveness
- Co-creating and delivering a commercial and strategic Technology and Product people agenda in partnership with the leadership team, to enable ClearBank to achieve its strategic goals
- Leading efforts to manage and adapt to change, supporting transformation initiatives that improve organisational agility, culture and performance
- Shaping a high performance culture across the leadership team with a focus on talent assessment/calibration, succession planning and development pathways
- Partnering with ExCo members and their leadership teams to drive engagement and performance, fostering a high performing team aligned with the ClearBank culture
- Delivering the end to end colleague lifecycle across the year, inclusive of reward, talent and performance processes taking a data led approach
- Driving an effective workforce planning and resource management approach in collaboration with Finance and functional leadership teams
- Identifying optimisation opportunities based on trend data to improve colleagues experience or capabilities
- Lead end to end projects for the People function in line with our strategic priorities for the year
What we are looking for
To excel in this role you'll need:
- 6+ years of experience as a People Business Partner, preferably working in fast paced, ambitious environment, ideally in a scale-up business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels
- The ability to think strategically and leverage data to inform an effective people strategy that influences business outcomes
- Breadth of experience across a range of people disciplines
- Adaptability, resiliency and a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver at pace and meet deadlines
- Experience implementing effective and thoughtful change and transformation initiatives that have had demonstrable business impact
- The ability to manage ambiguity and create from scratch

Our hiring process and what you can expect:
Application: a member of our talent acquisition team will review your application against the key requirements for the role and let you know within two weeks whether you're moving forward to the next stage;
Screening: You'll spend 30-45 minutes speaking to one of our recruiters learning more about the role and ClearBank, and we'll get it know more about you, your experience and how your skills align with the role (this will be via phone or Teams video call). You can expect to hear back from us within seven days following this meeting (if things are taking longer than expected, we'll let you know that too);
First Interview: You'll spend one hour with a member of our hiring team focusing on your skills, competencies and your ways of working at the same time we'll give you time to ask more questions about the role, the team and learn more about the ClearBank culture. This will be via Teams.
Second Interview: This will be a competency-based interview with one or more members of our team.
Final Stage: You will have a final meeting with the Head of Department. This will be around 45-60 minutes.
