What you'll do

As the Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Network Strategy & Engineering within the Networks Organisation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and influencing the people agenda. Leading a small team, including two supporting HRBPs, you will drive key initiatives that align people strategy with business goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the HR agenda with a strong focus on talent attraction, organizational design, and enhancing team effectiveness. You'll work closely with senior leadership to ensure the HR strategy supports and accelerates business growth.

  • Supports leaders in defining and developing people plans that support the achievement of the business strategy.
  • Collaborate with VOIS to deliver the people plans.
  • Ensures that People plans are integrated with wider HR strategy, policies & priorities.
  • Translates and supports the delivery of the talent strategy. Drives pipeline of diverse future leaders and accelerates high potential development while driving the Diversity & Inclusion agenda
  • HR thought leadership to build, buy and develop future strategic capabilities for Networks
  • Continually challenges the business, instigating and managing transformation projects that improve organisation, team and individual effectiveness including organisational effectiveness & design, skills development & talent management.
  • Provides feedback and coaching to the leadership team, and ensures all leaders & people managers are equipped to drive employee engagement
  • Proactively manages the HR Business Partner interfaces to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Provides support within the HR team to peers and coaching to junior members of the team

Who you are

  • Proven experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Design, Change Management, and Program Management.
  • Strong understanding of talent management and talent attraction strategies.
  • Skilled at leveraging data to gain insights, influence stakeholders, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Extensive HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience, with a focus on multiple markets and international contexts.
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of strong team management.
