- The role is permanent and full-time
- Flexible hybrid working, based in our Support Centre in Kearsley (M26 1GG), 1 day per week, and occasional travel across the wider business as per role requirements

Your future, your role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll be:
- Leading the HRBP team to provide robust, proactive, and solution-focused support on people-related matters, including talent, succession, retention, performance, and team structure
- Providing a valued and respected HR Business Partnering service to our internal customers
- Supporting the creation of a high-performance culture by utilising data and insights to help managers drive engagement and performance, whilst strengthening the People Experience
- Leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of our people proposition in areas such as health and mental health, listening, engagement, and inclusion
- Leading the development of the talent review process, working collaboratively with the Support Centre HRBP, Head of Organisational Design and Effectiveness, and Head of L&D
You will have:
- Senior business partnering experience gained in a large multi-site organisation
- Experience of working in and with a large People function
- Previous experience designing and owning talent management and or other people propositions
- Experience in leading HRBPs and the ability to demonstrate having led a dispersed regional team
