What you'll do

The Senior HRBP is responsible for the provision of excellent knowledge and influences the HR strategy to drive the HR agenda and people capability in support of business objectives. The Senior HRBP focusses upon the provision of HR advice and partner with the business and HR Centres of Expertise (COEs) to deliver the HR strategy. Typically reports to the Head of HR.

  • Defines, develops, and execute people strategy and plans that enable the achievement of the business strategy. Ensures that People plans are integrated with wider HR strategy, policies & priorities.
  • Partnering/working with SLT and E Band's support them to deliver business KPI's, including fit&gap analysis of emerging skills, resourcing the gaps,
  • Implementation of operating model exercise supports the delivery of the business area's Talent strategy. Drives pipeline of diverse future leaders and accelerates high potential development while driving the Diversity & Inclusion agenda.
  • Executes the local people plans with full accountability by driving the senior HR leads in the different verticals/ countries (mention the number of the local HR leads)
  • Responsible for the FTE budget planning and coming up with the right initiatives to meet yearly efficiency targets

Who you are

  • Commercially savvy / good depth of business understanding
  • Good breadth of HR experience
  • Strong relationship & coaching skills; strong communicator and influencer
  • Analytical, intellectual capacity for complex judgement that would be required
  • Experience of supporting organisational transformation, capability building and working with ambiguity
  • Regional/ international experience with complexity/ matrix structure
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Experience hiring and managing digital talent.

Yearly bonus: 20%
Company car: company funded car of £580 per month + private fuel or cash alternative of £630
per month.
