We're looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join us, who will support all UK locations, from Bardon, Leicestershire, but fundamentally you'll be out and about in the business, ensuring our teams receive the best possible HR support.

From ER cases to rolling out key initiatives, you'll be diligent, organised and hard working, monitoring ER caseload and ensuring managers learn from cases helping to prevent issues from occurring in the future.

Supporting the HR Business Partner team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational HR support to all levels of the business, from the simple to more complex cases. As part of this role you will also liaise with solicitors and other third parties, ensuring our People Team receive the best and most relevant information and advice possible.

As Senior HR Advisor, you will also provide support in rolling out strategic initiatives, of which there are plenty to roll out!

You'll have experience as a Senior HR Advisor/ER Specialist, with a penchant for all things employee relations case-related. Ideally, you'll be level 5 (or greater) CIPD qualified.

Beyond that, we need someone willing and able to get out into the business and support our managers in all things employee relations!

As for your career progression, we see progression from this role into a HR Business Partner role or similar.

Our working environment

Situated in Coalville, Leicestershire, our Bardon office is home to many of our support functions, including HR and IT. Free parking is available at our Bardon office.

As part of this role you will have the advantage of a hybrid working pattern, with visits to Bardon required but homeworking also on offer for up to 2 days per week.
