This brand-new Talent and Leadership Development Manager role will own and oversee our proposition, ensuring we're firmly future focused and meeting the needs of the business.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Adviser (Services) to join our team, where you'll lead and enhance our first point of contact service, providing expert advice and support to customers, candidates, third parties, and colleagues. In this role, you'll coach and guide the HR Advisers (Services) team to deliver specialist advice on HR policies, processes, and systems while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.

In this Senior HR Adviser (Services) role, you'll be responsible for resolving complex queries and acting as a point of escalation, ensuring issues are handled efficiently. Additionally, you'll create and refine self-service resources, tools, and FAQs to promote self-service options and improve the overall quality and consistency of HR services.

A key part of the role will be training, mentoring, and supporting the HR team in developing their HR knowledge and skills, ensuring compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements. By monitoring service metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement you'll ensure our HR services meet agreed SLAs and exceed customer expectations.

In collaboration with the wider HR Division, you'll contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and ensuring a seamless, integrated HR service. This is an excellent opportunity to influence and shape the HR function while making a tangible impact on both employee and customer experiences.

This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. However, we understand how important a positive work-life balance is, so to help you give your best, we offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment and support to work up to 80% of your hours from home.

About You

A deep understanding of HR policies and legal requirements is key for this role to ensure we continue to deliver and drive a positive employee experience. If you are passionate about HR service delivery, with a strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills, we encourage you to apply and help us drive excellence across our HR division.

To join our team, you'll also have:

  • Extensive experience of working within an HR Service Delivery team.
  • Experience of supervising and coaching colleagues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong problem- solving abilities to effectively address and resolve complex HR queries
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, processes and systems
  • Knowledge of employment law, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • A CIPD qualification or working towards, or equivalent relevant professional qualification or experience.
