We have an exciting new vacancy for a Senior Housing Solutions role for our Private Rented Solutions Team.
We need to increase our portfolio of private sector landlords and properties to offer households who present to the council as in housing need, as set out in the Homeless Prevention and Rough Sleeping Strategy 2023 - 2028.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual who is customer focused and committed to delivering an excellent and effective service. You will be part of an experienced and supportive team but also will need the skills and motivation to work on your own.
Communication and networking are key to this role as you will need to develop new links with landlords rented sector.
If you are a great communicator, can build strong relationships with a wide range of people to get things done, are committed to continually improving and customer-focused service delivery, then this is a great opportunity for you.

Full-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities which benefit you and the Council, including reduced hour contracts, working part time or as a job share.
If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide pay slip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
