General Summary:
This position reports to the Director of Marketing or their designee and is located in Banbury, UK. The
role requires a hospitality expert who is highly organized and demonstrates excellent personable skills
and attention to detail. Working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment within the Marketing team,
accuracy, organization, multi-tasking, and high levels of client service are essential. The role works
closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and has the opportunity to make its mark.
General Responsibilities:
• Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all
personnel and departments.
• Follow all safety regulations in all venues.
• Assumes any responsibilities and duties delegated by the Director of Marketing or their
designee.
Key Responsibilities:
Hospitality Program Management:
• Responsible for the planning, development and delivery of our trackside hospitality program
across the paddock and Paddock Club for all guests (including corporate partners, drivers, Team
Owner, Team Principal, senior executives, prospects & VVIP's).
• Be the point person and face of our team hospitality for all paddock guests, ensuring they
receive a best-in-class brand experience.
• Work with our contracted catering team to ensure a seamless guest service is provided
trackside.
• Promote a conducive working environment, overseeing service standard revisions
and onboarding of new staff.
• Work with our trusted partners to deliver the Team's Paddock Club offering, including the
ordering of tickets and design and build of our private Paddock Club suites.
• Deliver trackside celebrity/influencer/ambassador guest programs when required.
• Plan and co-ordinate partner motorhome dinners across race events.
• Design of guest communications and event materials that enhance our brand presentation and
contain all relevant information.
• Management of our app-based guest management system.
• Select, purchase and manage hospitality guest gifts ensuring that items are appropriately
shipped to each event in time.
• Work with the Trackside Operations Manager to design and optimize our paddock hospitality
layout
• Prepare the hospitality schedule for all events including races and tests, including the
scheduling of driver and team appearances.
• Develop briefing documentation and host a pre-event hospitality meeting trackside with internal
stakeholders.
• Work with the partner management team to prepare and distribute accreditation, passes and
gift bags for all guests as required.
• Schedule and help deliver garage and paddock tours as required, ensuring a high level of
operational understanding and excellent communication skills.
• Monitor, review and continually evolve the service and presentation in all guest areas,
communicating required improvements to the Director of Marketing and Trackside Operations
Manager.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and other stakeholders, to continuously develop our
hospitality activation strategy and implement improvements.
• Look to continuously develop commercially viable hospitality initiatives that enhance our
offering to partners.
• Prepare activation reports and submit to Director of Marketing, Team Manager and Team
Principal.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including colleagues,
corporate partners, suppliers and the wider F1 community.
Hospitality & Team Accreditation Management:
• Manage the accreditation process for all trackside hospitality guests including paddock, garage,
pit lane and grid access. Meeting all deadlines for each event and managing overall capacity.
• Process guest pass requests across all events as required.
• Monitor projected accreditation usage across each event & season and generate internal
reports tracking Team's accreditation use.
• Advise on best practice around accreditation use and management processes to ensure the
Team is leveraging passes optimally.
Marketing Operations Support:
• Work with any additional Marketing on-site personnel at all events including races and tests.
• When required, help facilitate off-track Driver and Team Talent appearances. Be the main point
of contact working closely with partner stakeholders.
• Help facilitate merchandise signing by Drivers as required.
• At certain races, be the trackside contact for related marketing matters, helping manage
marketing related activities.
• Help facilitate logistics and freight management for the marketing department.
• Help facilitate trackside driver kit set up and pack down.
Education and Work Experience:
• Extensive background in high-end hospitality delivery and guest relations, preferably within F1
• Previous experience in delivering international events to a C-Level audience
• Demonstrable experience in budget and supplier management
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to forward plan and coordinate
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills, with high standards of customer service
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to communicate with stakeholders
at all levels
• Ambition, excellence and experience will be highly valued.
• Ability to work under pressure, self-motivate, manage time effectively, resolve conflict and be

Equipment and Applications:
• Solid computer knowledge, preferred experience in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to follow complex regulations relating to shipment of materials and facility maintenance
requirements.
Work Environment Physical Demands:
An ability to work and prioritize within a high pressure, time sensitive environment while retaining a
methodical approach is essential. The role may require extensive domestic & international travel and a
willingness to work long and flexible hours including weekends.
This position may require lifting to 50 pounds, repeated bending, squatting and manual dexterity.
Fast paced work environment requiring heavy mental demands. Work environment includes machinery, race
cars, 7-post and other rigs, grinding debris, and hazardous fluids. All employees must ensure
compliance with the Company Health and Safety Policy, and all relevant other statutory Health and
Safety legislation.
