DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Senior Help Desk Operator to play a vi tal role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management and organisation of a busy customer service helpdesk

• They will be jointly responsible for the effective day to day management of the Helpdesk team, whilst delivering a high quality and cost efficient customer service response
• Ensure all orders are delivered within the booking time and communicating on if this does not occur
• Authorising all failed deliveries ensuring that the delivery failure rate is within the contractual agreement
• Assisting with the compiling of various management and KPI reports

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Experience within an Administrative role
• Experience within a customer facing role
• Experence in call Centers - Desirable
• Ability to follow work procedures
• IT literate , experence in excel- Desirable
• Office based role on customer site
• Happy to work on Rotational shifts
