    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop impactful campaigns: Create, execute, and measure multi-channel campaigns (webinars, events, email, digital) that convert ICP accounts into qualified pipeline.
    • Digital Marketing Execution: Drive and optimize campaigns on Google, Linkedin, YouTube and other paid channels to maximize conversions.
    • Optimize the funnel: Strategically enhance the customer journey from awareness to decision-making, focusing on improving conversions at every stage.
    • Account-Based Marketing: Partner with sales to design and implement ABM strategies for LEGALFLY'S highest priority enterprise accounts.
    • Own Analytics: Lead demand generation reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Sales Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with sales team to align marketing efforts with sales strategies and execute on campaigns.

You might be a fit if you are:

  • A seasoned demand generation leader with 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • A strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • Skilled in digital marketing execution; agency experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and experienced with HubSpot or similar tools.
  • A self-starter with a bias for action and a track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-driven and passionate about delivering measurable results.

Your direct manager and team

You will join the marketing team led by our Head of Marketing, collaborating closely with product and content teams.
