If you're the kind of person who never says no to a soiree, you're speaking our language. We're currently seeking an exuberant Senior Group & Event Sales Manager to join the team at 1 Hotel Mayfair. Our goals are set on a luxury events pro and a natural salesperson who brings it all to life for our guests at 1 Hotel Mayfair. From developing creative ways to maximize profit and achieving set revenue goals, to supporting the financial, business and marketing objectives for meetings, parties and other gatherings at the hotel.

We are also looking for a bron leader who will drive and motivate our Group & Event sales team of three, supporting and coaching them to reach new heights and achieve their professional and team objectives.

Qualifications

About you...

• Passionate about hospitality and food & beverage with a minimum of 4 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• An expert in Group & Event Sales, a strong leader, natural salesperson and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
