The Senior Greenhouse Facilitator and Chief Chemist will play a pivotal role within The Greenhouse team. A skilled designer and facilitator, this individual will work across and deliver our complete offering of Greenhouse Labs and, as our resident Business Chemistry expert, explore new ways in which we can incorporate Business Chemistry into our Labs.

At the core of their role, the Senior Greenhouse Facilitator and Chief Chemist is accountable for the strategic vision and performance of the Business Chemistry business and will be our go-to facilitator for the most high-profile deliveries, bringing unparalleled expertise in Business Chemistry. These will either be delivered as part of a broader Greenhouse Lab or as standalone sessions.

As our Senior Greenhouse Facilitator and Chief Chemist, your role will look like this:

Design and Facilitation

  • You will be our go-to expert and lead facilitator for Business Chemistry, delivering top quality experiences for our most senior clients and their leadership teams.
  • You will lead efforts to evolve how we integrate Business Chemistry into repeatable and bespoke Greenhouse Labs as part of our mission to transform how people come together to solve problems.
  • You will be a core part of our Greenhouse design and facilitation team, working across and delivering our full suite of custom client Labs.
  • You will collaborate with the wider Greenhouse design and facilitation team to develop new lab concepts and methodologies.

Business Chemistry Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and lead the strategy for the UK Business Chemistry client practice.
  • Set overall revenue strategy and collaborate with our dedicated offshore resource to execute it
  • Lead on high profile Business Chemistry client engagements.
  • Collaborate with the wider Greenhouse team on engaging with internal clients.

Business Chemistry Operations:

  • Oversee the operational mechanics of Business Chemistry
  • Coordinate with our offshore team to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of our end-to-end service model; receiving and qualifying requests, identifying appropriate solutions, and coordinating with facilitators to deliver individual and multi-workshop deliveries.

Solution Integrity and Evolution

  • Build and maintain a robust, engaged and active facilitator community to deliver Business Chemistry sessions.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery by acting as the go-to Business Chemistry delivery expert and provide training to new facilitators.
  • Refine and innovate our core Business Chemistry service offerings, by enhancing the value we bring to clients through relevant and tailored solutions.

  • Proven experience designing and facilitating workshops aimed at driving and accelerating change, preferably across the professional services industry.
  • A genuine passion and expertise for how people gather to share perspectives and solve problems.
  • The ability to design human-centric experiences and to ground those designs in the practical realities of change implementation.
  • Expertise in human-centred design principles and a genuine passion for creating interactions that help people to gather and connect as human beings, with the intention of transforming how they come together to share perspectives and solve problems.
  • An understanding of the fundamental, pragmatic elements of change management. The ability to anticipate the challenges that come with change and hold conversations that address these head-on.
  • Excellent senior client relationship management skills, senior stakeholder skills and facilitation skills.
  • Experience of managing conflict and difficult conversations, challenging decisions and individuals.
  • Strong commercial and client acumen.
  • Strong team and people leadership skills.
  • Proactivity, self-motivation, and desire to deliver; agility and responsiveness to pace and change of a growing business.
  • Good written communications skills, adaptable to different audiences and channels.
  • Structured and diligent approach to managing activities and tasks with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritise competing demands.
  • Good experience of interacting, challenging and consulting with internal stakeholders who are involved in key aspects of the programme.

You'll be based in London with hybrid working. Our hybrid model enables our people to collaborate, connect and innovate in both a virtual and physical capacity. As well as remote working, you'll attend your local office, virtual collaboration spaces and client sites, depending on the requirements of the role.
