You will use your creative flair and mastery to design a wide array of branding and marketing materials that resonate with Kittl's rapidly growing audiences.

This is your opportunity to be one of the early-stage graphic designers who change the entire landscape of graphic design with a future unicorn.

  • Create: layout designs that are intuitive, sharp, and visually appealing across 2D, 3D, and some motion design
  • Ownership: you'll deliver end-to-end creative concepts in line with brand guidelines within strict deadlines and SLAs
  • Interpret data: Work closely with data analysts to interpret user data, translating findings into actionable design improvements
  • Collaborate: Work with product and growth teams to implement innovative graphic and motion designs, and collaborate to ensure consistency in messaging across the entire platform. As a rapidly scaling start-up, you'll need to be able to work quickly while maintaining the highest level of design quality and consistency

What you'll need

  • Experience: You're a senior professional with five-plus years of SaaS experience delivering high-grade graphic design for marketing domains
  • Portfolio: Your portfolio shows variety in your work. We need to see a strong demonstration of your marketing design graphics (focused on layout, typography, fonts, web design for landing pages, and illustration) for digital and print products
  • Design skills: Proficient in layout design, 2D animation, as well as motion animation (minor part) graphics. Expertise in design principles, typography, colour theory, and user-centered design principles.
  • Tools: Figma. (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro). Video editing and animation using Premier Pro or similar
  • Be KPI driven: An innate understanding of metrics, KPIs, and how your designs can impact them
  • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills while working cross-functionally with various teams and seniority levels
  • Be a self-starter: Motivated to take the initiative and work independently, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Education: Degree level or similar qualification in graphic design
  • Location: You're able to work on-site hybrid from our Berlin, London, or Düsseldorf offices

Benefits

  • 30 vacation days per year for all employees
  • An allowance of 50 working days per year (10 weeks, if you count the weekend) of fully remote work from anywhere in the world, as long as you maintain core working hours (12pm to 5pm CET)
  • Core working hours are 12pm to 5pm CET, with the rest of your working time being flexible so you can work in a style that suits you best (early riser or a night owl)
  • You'll be working with a truly product-led company with PM's, engineers and designers at the heart of the company
